Hicorp Heavy Industry participated in China Concrete Exhibition 2022
Beside the Zijin Mountain, by the Yangtze River; in the ancient capital of six dynasties, with a gathering of industry elites; from August 5th to 7th, 2022, the 2021-2022 China Concrete and Cement Products Industry Conference and China Concrete Exhibition hosted by the China Concrete and Cement Products Association were grandly held at the Nanjing International Expo Center. Qingdao Hicorp Group Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., as a leader in the field of concrete precast molds and intelligent production lines, participated in this industry feast.
In this exhibition, with new products and new technologies as the theme, Hicorp Heavy Industry fully displayed the company's products innovation and development in tunnel segment molds, prefab box culvert molds, ecological components and sponge city component molds, tunnel segment carousels, special-shape precast concrete element carousels, precast concrete structure production lines and lightweight wall panel production lines. In particular, two types of equipment, the high-precision track plate mold and the new lightweight wall panel mold, made their debuts. The track plate mold adopts high-strength design and high-precision processing as a whole. The vibration motor controlled by frequency conversion can better meet the pouring process. The lightweight wall panel mold adopts fixed-station automatic opening and closing, making the operation easier. The adjustable end plate can also meet the production requirement of wall panels of different lengths, thus achieve multi-usage of one mold. The release of the two new products has attracted widespread attention and recognition from professionals in the industry.
