As one of the "Four New Pilots" benefiting enterprises activities of Qingdao Industrial Internet, the in-depth tour of enterprise diagnosis (West Coast session) held a launching ceremony at the headquarters of Qingdao Hicorp Group on July 22. Sun Xu, general manager of Qingdao Hicorp Group, met with Zhou Lin, director of the Industrial Internet Division of Qingdao Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Wang Fangyuan, deputy director of Qingdao West Coast New Area Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and visited the Hicorp intelligent production workshop together.
Under the guidance of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, this event was jointly sponsored by the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the West Coast New Area and the Municipal Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Center. After extensive collection for enterprise digital transformation needs in the early stage, 14 companies in urgent need of digital transformation, including Hicorp Group, were selected as the first batch of in-depth enterprise diagnosis service objects. More than 10 outstanding service providers from inside and outside the province, including Moshi Technology and Huazheng Information, formed a team of experts to participate in the whole process.
At the ceremony, Liu Qingtao, Director of Information Technology of Qingdao Hicorp Group, reported on the development status, difficulties, needs, and transformation direction of Hicorp Group. Industry experts pointed out that digital transformation is the only way for the long-term development of traditional manufacturing enterprises from various perspectives such as the nature of digital transformation of enterprises, industry development, and enterprise competitiveness. The responsible leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology interpreted the relevant preferential policies for the digital transformation of enterprises in Qingdao.
After the official launch of this event, according to the needs of enterprises and the direction of transformation, Qingdao Industrial Internet Research Institute and the Qingdao Industrial Internet Industry Alliance will comply with the principle of "adapting to enterprise conditions", match the expert team of service providers, and adopt "one enterprise, one team" model, diagnose and analyze the basic situation of the enterprise, production and manufacturing, digital management and safety assurance, eventually form a diagnosis report, and formulate a feasible implementation plan for transformation, and provide immersive services throughout the process.
