The 8th League Member Congress of Qingdao Hicorp Group Committee of the Communist Youth League Held Successfully


The 8th League Member Congress of Qingdao Hicorp Group Committee of the Communist Youth League was held at the Multi-functional Hall of the Headquarters on the morning of May 4. Yin Yuwu, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was presided over by Director Xue Yushaung, and representatives from various functional departments and companies attended the meeting.

The conference opened in the solemn national anthem.
                                   
Director Xue Yushuang read out “the reply of the Communist Youth League of Qingdao West Coast New Area Committee on approving the Communist Youth League of Qingdao Hicorp Group Committee to hold a meeting for election”.

In accordance with the prescribed procedures, the conference deliberated and approved the list of candidates for the 8th Committee of the Communist Youth League ,and elected the members of the 8th committee by secret ballot and differential election. Finally, Xue Yushuang, Ma Shuo, Li Chunjiang, Xu Benmin and Yu Yanhong were elected as members of 8th Committee after full deliberation and voting. Xue Yushuang was elected as Secretary of the Youth League Committee at the first plenary session of the 8th Committee after the election.
                                   
On behalf of the Party Committee of Hicorp Group, Yin Yuwu, Deputy General Manager, congratulated the successful opening of the meeting and the newly elected members of the Youth League Committee. He pointed out that it was the common responsibility of Hicorp people to "keep our original mind and shoulder our mission". Members of the Communist Youth League should closely combine with the actual production and operation of the enterprise, give full play to their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, base on their own positions, improve their skills, establish a correct outlook on enterprise and value, really regard Hicorp people's "original intention and mission" as their career, and do the work to the best, strive for the vanguard. He also stressed that members of the Communist Youth League should be good at learning and thinking, and set good examples in building learning organizations and learning individuals. The activities of the Youth League Committee should closely focus on the core concept of "focusing on customers, and leading the industry by innovation”, to implement the strategy of "three-character project" and "all staff learning, all staff innovation and all staff qualified" proposed by the chairman of the board of directors, and combine the traditional mode with innovative methods to provide a stage for young workers to show their talents.
