Qingdao Hicorp Group Held the “Hicorp Cup” Chess Competition in 2021
The 2021 “Hicorp Cup” chess competition of Qingdao Hicorp Group opened at Training Center at 4:00 p.m. on April 13. 14 chess competitors from branch companies and functional departments participated in the competition. The Deputy-general Manager also watched the competition.
At the beginning of the competition, Director Xue Yushuang first explained the competition rules to the players. The competition was divided into four parts: elimination, resurrection, semi-final and final. In the knockout competition, the winner was decided by one draw, and one of the eliminated players was revived to join the semi-finals. In order to ensure the fairness of the competition, let everyone play well and have a good time, the semi-finals and finals were based on the two win system of three sets.
In the game, the players strictly abided by the principle of "friendship first, competition second", to respect the opponent, obey the referee, and take part in the game seriously. The players thought twice and acted cautiously in the chess game, and made close friends in the game. The final would push the game to the climax. In the first set, the black side entered the first six, and the horse locked the two sides. The red General had no way to go, and the black side went down first; At the beginning of the second inning, there was smoke of gunpowder. In the end, the black side made four draws and drew a general. The red side suffered heavy losses and had no chance to return.
After three hours of fierce competition, Ding Jinkui from Textile Machinery Company won two consecutive games and won the championship. Xia Zhengguo of Hicorp Heavy Industy Science and Technology processing workshop came second, Ji Honghua of Textile Machinery Company came third, and the rest of the competitors also won the Memorial Prizes provided by the trade union and Youth League Committee of the group.
This competition had been welcomed and responded positively by the majority of chess enthusiasts of the group company. It not only provided chess enthusiasts with opportunities to enjoy their body and mind and learn chess skills, but also increased their communication and exchange. While the company further promoted the implementation of "two constructions", it also enriched the amateur cultural life of employees.
