                  Held the Summary & Commendation Meeting in 2019

Qingdao Hicorp Textile Machinery Company held the held annual summary and commendation meeting was held at the Marketing Center of Hicorp Group Headquarters on the afternoon of 19th Jan, 2020. The meeting was held by the Vice-general Manger Guo Jiayang, and all the employees attended the meeting.

                                                         
The meeting was opened in the reading of “Salute 2019”,recited by Zhang Kun from Sales Department and Li Chunjiang from Production Department. The recitation comprehensively summarized the extraordinary efforts and achievements of each team of the Textile Machinery Company in 2019.

                                                         
At the meeting, on behalf of company, the Vice-general Manger Cui Guihua delivered a farewell speech for the retired employees Zhan Shoping and Wang Lanmei, the General Manager Mr.Zhao and Mr.Wang brought the glorious red flowers and issued the Retirement Certificate and Souvenirs to the retired employees.

                                                         
Afterwards, the Vice-general Manager Cui Guihua read out the "Notice on Excellent Operation in 2019" and "Decisions on Commending the Advanced Individuals and Advanced Collectives in 2019". and presented awards to more than 20 advanced personnel and representatives from all departments.
At the meeting, the General Engineer Wang Chenji took the theme of "Quality connecting with everyone, the prosperity of the enterprise depending on you", made the quality work summuary in 2019 and quality plan in 2020 . He summarized our gains and loses from the aspects of quality managemnt and control system, and put forward the specifi work indicators in 2020.

                                                         
At the meeeting ,the General Manager Zhao Chuanfu , taking the theme of "Keep Our Original Mind, and Forge Ahead", made an important speech. He pointed out that under the strategic guidance of our Chairman in 2019, we insisted on teh core values of "Focusing on Customers", to meet customers' demand with continuous innovation, to improve customers'experiences with unconventional efforts, to firmly keep our mission in mind and forge ahead, we still achieved increasing in the low season, continuously refreshed our production record, but also strengthened our position of textile machinery international brand.

                                                         
In view of the new year's work, the General Manager Mr.Zhao respectively put forward higher requirements for everyone from both internal and external aspects. He proposed that we should constantly make up for the shortcomings in the present and future. In 2020, the general objectives of each team should be centered on "Seize the day to obtain orders; concentrate on improving quality and making a strong foundation; focus on promoting R&D and scope extension . We ,Hicorp people should dare to face confrontation, the dream of "Leading the industry and creating a century-old Hicorp" was the dream of all Hicorp people, we united together, our dreams will come true.

                                                                         
At the meeting, we also held art performances, and excellent programs such as dance, songs, skits and crosstalk from all departments were displayed at the conference.
